Funeral in nature
The funeral of a loved one is one of life's most painful experiences. It is a time when we need support and the opportunity to grieve in our own way. In the hectic atmosphere of a crematorium, it can sometimes be difficult to really reflect on the person you have lost. This is why the Weidehoeve offers an intimate and exclusive setting for condolences in Brabant.
All the time for a precious remembrance
At the Weidehoeve, condolences are not tightly scheduled between other commemorations. Instead, the venue is completely reserved for you and your family. So that you have the peace and time to process the loss and commemorate together. Centrally located in Moergestel, this is the perfect fitting location for a funeral in the Oisterwijk, Hilvarenbeek and Tilburg region. Wondering what the funeral might look like?
This is also a very suitable location for children. With on-site playground and private terrace, you have both the space to catch your breath and enjoy each other, and the intimacy to commemorate together.
Arrangements condolence
Several arrangements are possible in the Kapel, e.g. go for a theatre arrangement with 120 seats or opt for a more informal arrangement with tables spread throughout the building with 150 seats. Depending on the desired arrangement, we have numerous options to expand the capacity for a larger funeral. So the Weidehoeve always has a suitable space for a funeral in the Oisterwijk, Hilvarenbeek and Tilburg region.
Technical support
On location, we have a music system with microphone so you can play your own music. A large video screen is also available for showing footage. At a funeral, it is of course important that everything is arranged down to the last details. This is why we often work with our technical partner NBR Audiovisual Experiences, who will accompany you during the funeral.
The coffee table
The coffee table is the perfect moment to connect and support each other during the funeral. Just to be together during this sad and far-reaching event.
We offer the coffee table in buffet style or at the table and consists of:
- Coffee, tea, orange juice, milk and (fruit) water.
- Luxury sandwiches such as tomato/mozarella, brie/walnut, raw ham, healthy, etc.
- Sweet rolls.
If you have specific wishes, want to have a drink, have a quiet lunch with the family beforehand or end with a barbecue together, we are of course open to this.

Accessibility
The Weidehoeve is located in Moergestel, 10 minutes' travel time from the Hilvarenbeek crematorium, Natuurbegraafplaats Bos van the Heilige Geest and the cemeteries of Diessen, Hilvarenbeek and Oisterwijk. Crematorium Tilburg is 25 minutes' travel time from The Weidehoeve. Centrally located for a warm funeral in the Oisterwijk, Hilvarenbeek and Tilburg region.
The grounds have ample parking and there is space to park the hearse at the head of the building. Along the building is a driveway along which guests can line up as the hearse departs. The funeral procession can then join behind the hearse. All taken care of so that the family can leave in peace.
