Sometimes the most important aspect of a meeting is that your team can openly share their thoughts and experiences, such as during a feedback session. That’s why we never walk through the room uninvited whilst your meetings are in progress. What’s more, the exclusive nature of the venue ensures that no one can accidentally overhear your discussions. Combine that sense of privacy with the open atmosphere of The Weidehoeve and you’ll be able to gather those valuable insights.
The ideal meeting room in the heart of Brabant
The Weidehoeve meeting venue is situated in a strategic location, in the heart of Brabant. It is just a stone’s throw from Tilburg, Eindhoven, Breda and Den Bosch. This makes it easily accessible for your colleagues from different regions. And, of course, we have more than enough free parking spaces, including 20 charging points on our own premises, for all attendees.

Break-out rooms
Time for training courses, brainstorming sessions or an interactive session with your team? We have several break-out meeting rooms available for that. For part of your group, book the Uitkijktoren with a beautiful view over the nature reserve, use the Weidezolder with its beautiful light or the covered wagons for the cosy, convivial atmosphere. That way you really enjoy meeting in nature.
For every aspect of an interactive session, from group discussions, brainstorming sessions and workshops, to exercises, simulations and more, we have a suitable place within the Weidehoeve .
The setup for your meeting
Let us know in which configuration you want to sit during the team meeting, and we will arrange it for you. In theatre set-up, u-shape, school set-up or a more informal get-together atmosphere, at the Weidehoeve you decide where you want to sit or stand during your meeting in the greenery. Should the weather be fantastic, it is of course also possible to meet outside. No fixed set-ups or boring rooms, but complete freedom to meet in an inspiring environment. Planning a meeting, meeting or feedback session? The Weidehoeve is suitable for anything due to its flexibility in set-up.
Meetings in nature
While elsewhere you would have to go around a block in an office park or industrial estate at lunchtime, you can simply venture into the largest meadow bird area in Brabant during the breaks of your team meetings at the Weidehoeve. With several beautiful walking routes, the nature reserve lies open for you. From the car park to the view, enjoy your meeting in nature!
From large to small, every meeting should be there!
If you are organising a large meeting such as an annual meeting or a company reception where more than 300 people want to attend, you can combine the Weidehoeve with 't Riethuys or the Reuselhoeve. By opening the doors between several meeting rooms and using different screens, it is possible to accommodate up to 600 people!
In short, the Weidehoeve is all about a unique and special meeting experience. Away from the standard rooms and boring office environments, and instead meeting in the green, surrounded by the beautiful nature of North Brabant.

We were looking for a location in the south of the Netherlands. Nice space, open event where you can put everything down. Cosy also in terms of number of people, ideal for the setting. Need for space, good parking and accessibility. Horniness in a room with the soundbar was an issue that might have required an extra room next time.

We have had 5 venues, and you are number 1. Location recommended to director, dealers themselves also liked it very much. The service was very good, sandwiches were tasty, drinks replenished on time. We only had to deal with our meeting. Very good, only minus point but you can't do anything about it was the construction of your third farm. If we had done more outside, it would have been more difficult I think.

It was great, beautiful weather. The location was great, nice room for meetings. Not been there before, a pleasant surprise, especially with outside. Feedback that everyone was very positive. The luxury sandwich lunch did run out quickly, took a little longer for the sandwiches to be replenished. Ample parking. The booking process was also very smooth.

Very satisfied it was perfectly organised. Possibly another meeting in February or September. A lot of people were enthusiastic about the location. The booking process was also good and smooth.

We were looking for a point in the middle of the Netherlands, Belgium near Eindhoven, and that's where you came up. Centrally located. The reactions were very positive from everyone. We also passed it on to another department who want to come in the future. Booking process was smooth, definitely no complaints went smoothly.
Police rural expertise and operations unit
It was well organised. Tasty sandwiches, nicely filled, just delicious. The meat at the BBQ ran out quite quickly, this was brought extra. The expectations online and on the day itself did match
